ALDI 2nd. MARCH BARGAINS

Don't miss Aldi next Thursday, they're selling perennials & summer bulbs @ 99p and 40Ltrs. compost £1.99 plus mini windowsill propagators (30 cell) also for £1.99.  Some very good deals to be had!!
Sounds like I'm on commission?? mmm must mention that to Mr. Aldi next time he calls for tea!!

Just been, got 4 climbing roses (Schoolgirl  x2, Zephrene Draughin & Celebration) @ £1.29 each..... at that silly price,even if they all keel over it's not going to hurt too much. Also got some bedding plants v cheap but I think I will have to nurse them.
Also been to Lidl, all perennials look the same choice as Aldi. Not seen the fruit bush offers yet though.

Never could resist a good compost offer! - bought six bags yesterday, together with a batch of summer bulbs.

 :o Oops! a better deal is at Wickes 320ltrs for £10 that works out at £1.25 per 40ltrs :o ;D 8) States on the pack can be used for seeds 8)

These big packs usually offer better value, but I just can't handle the ruddy things!

They are in 80ltr bags x 4 and you can have assistance at the store with loading. ;) I'm thinking of going back for more 8)

I too have to take care over bag size - it's all very well offering assistance at the store; but I have to unload the things by myself!!!  Hence I always make sure I load them at the store (doubt they'd offer to come home and unload them for me  ;D)
