I always used to think grey squirrels only eat nuts and stuff until last year. We had a blackbird's nest in the garden and a grey had all the newly hatched chicks. How do I know? I saw the little bu**er running along the fence with the tiny naked chick in his mouth! Wish I had a blooming gun. >:(
