Dig for Victory - update
« on: February 29, 2004, 11:39:51 »
Hi all - haven't a clue where I first put this link, but the site has a new addition.  Dig For
Victory Leaflet No. 1 (the cropping plan referred to in
the first couple of issues of the Allotment and Garden Guides) - it's on http://www.earthlypursuits.com/AllotGuide/DigforVictory1/DigForVictory1_1-4.htm

Have fun!  All best, Gavin

What nostalgia! I know I've said it before, but that's when I put an acre into productive use on the airfield. Folk thought it a bit strange for the CO to be planting leeks at 6 in the morning!! = Tim

Our copy passed though so many hands, and was read by so many neighbours, that it eventually fell to pieces - and no sellotape to mend it in those days.

As a picture conservator, thank God there wasn't - terrible stuff. You'd have done better with flour & water!! = Tim
