Hi I was thinking  how do you get seeds from the veg you are growing? do u let some go to seed, then how do i get the seeds from them ?

Generally speaking, let some go to seed, put a paper bag over the seed head and shake the seeds in.   Usually need to clean them a bit and then dry naturally.
