No Chard or mature Cheddar for Jamie's 'Fantastic Fish Pie' - so Celeriac & Red Leicester. It'll be that from now on. Whole family loved it!

We are on Cottage pie tomorrow night, and that will be leeks with minced beef, celeriac and spud mash with a sprinkling of double glocester cheese over the top.

Oh I dunno Wardy. I think celeriac dauphanois with braised red cabbage and a piece of meat of your choice sounds d**n fine to me!

Or finely shredded red cabbage and finely grated celeriac mixed with galicy mayo dressing. Delish coleslaw!
