Missing Members
« on: December 27, 2005, 10:45:32 »
I guess people will always come and go on internet forums. But thought it would be good to have a thread to ask those we miss to come back...

Many will not visit here any more for their own good reasons, but some might pass by and be pleased to see they are remembered?

Over to you.  :)
I travelled to a mystical time zone
but I missed my bed
so I soon came home

MARLEY FARLEY, WHERE THE BLAZES ARE YOU!!!!!

Dibs is fine, just a busy bee, and will be back as soon as she's booted her son off the computer....apparently it could take a while, he's surgically bonded to it.......

Yes that's right, now that you mention it EJ!  Where is Ina?  It is unusual for her not to be on the board.  You always feel concern that people are okay and doing alright in their life.  busy_lizzie

Well,  just to add for those who aren't here...cos I was not for a while and still find it difficult to be as 'here' as I used to be...

As an 'on and offer' (not thu choice but circs), LOVE being 'wanted' here and appreciate everyone so much I can't say (pass Kleenex please) .

Don't have an answer apart from to say going can have good reasons, and one will come back. Sorry not to be that helpful but is one poster's view.

If only we could all have free broadband!

Happy New Year!

Ina - I know - is still with us in spirit.

I would like to suggest a few names - at least 6 -  but it could well be an embarassment?

I know Ruud is well as we chat.  I think it is more a case of seasonal hectic diaries!  :D

Just to avoid any such searches in the future - as if you'd notice! - I've written into my 'what if' arrangements that you'll be amongst the important folk to be informed. Can't do more?

But don't wait up for it - I'm enjoying my time here!!

UC, I sent Bupster an email on her B'day, but no reply yet.  I'd guess she's just busy with Chrimbo, drinking and watching crap TV with her family like the rest of us, hic! ;D  I agree with what she said in November, about it being too cold to go on the allotment... :D  But I've never been sensible! :-[

I'm sure she'll turn up when the sun warms up again. :D
Sheldon, Birmingham.  I've put the pin on Google Earth where my shed is, in the allotments.  It's in an area with a satellite photo which is cool!  You can't miss it, there's a bl**dy great big Airport next door!

How weird. I haven't been here for ages, thought I'd just take a little peek and wouldn't you know, just two days ago my name was mentioned. I'm flattered.
What can I say? The truth.......... I got a bit bored with the board, sorry.

I'm not contributing anymore and the few times I did come here it was to look things up using the search function.
My appologies, I thought no one would notice if I disapeared into the sunset. I am doing great, no worries.

If these winter storms continue I may try for a come-back with a veggie quiz hahaha.

Ina I    know what you mean,

From having my big space of years, to being in another shorter term rented garden I feel I don't have much to offfer here any more, but I think we achieved a lot here since March and so it does go on, just not in way most do it.

Anyway, love having these guys around - hope you can put up with us pretentious little so-and sos~!

TIM I HOPE  I AM ON YOUR LIST!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!
