He's a big softy and so are you Lorna. One thing a dog copper told me was that Rotties will bite without too much training but German Shepherds are a naturally soft dog so they need more training to be police dogs. Strangely enough, that is why there are more GS's in the police because they are not naturally agressive. They save the Rotties for when they really need them.
