everyone needs a colander for their sprouts-i like putting mine on in march-to get the full sulpherous effect and rid them of any nutritional value whatsoever!

worse things happen at sea i b'lieve...tho only if you are on the titanic...

I put a mark on my calendar on 1st November "Get sprouts on!" as you don't want them rock hard on Christmas Day.  How embarrassing  ;D  I like a nice pappy mush meself  ;D

put me down for a slack handful of sprouts then-sound like you know just how to cook them to perfection...
we also like brocoli done to a crisp please-notne of this 'al dente' rubbish-whoever he is-i want it obliterated!squishy!dark green and runny!!!
