I don't know if you peeps feel like salad while it's raining but I know you have got the veges. Tried this last night and it was a nice surprise.
Snow peas, blanched 1 min.
Just cooked broccoli.
I dropped the whole lot in iced water. Drain well.
Chopped shallot ( I used spring onions)
seasoning (I used lemon pepper)
Equal amounts of olive oil & cider vinegar.
It was delish.
Had to share. :)

That's right...you go tempting us with warm weather food when we are here, cold, wet, blown about! Bet the sun is shining there! tut

EJ it's still raining here!!
Did have nice weather Friday & Sunday and it looks like rain today :'(
I had to use the last lot of peas. I think that's it for now. I have planted the cucumbers on the same trellis so the pea plants are ready to come out any day now. ... Oh, I haven't got the heart to do it. ... But I must!!
