I just replied to your PM, but couldn't send it - 'they' suggest I'm on your 'ignore' list??? :'( :'( :'( How sad to see an old lady cry....

Colin mentioned the high price of ink cartridges, so I asked him to look at Viking Direct. Then he asked me about VAT etc...

So...Colin, yes,  you must add VAT and there's also a delivery charge of £2.90 for goods under £30 - free over that, so your saving would come if you ordered 2, perhaps? I order in bulk because I print out a lot of committee bumph, so the savings are substantial.

Regarding "ignore list" - didn't know I had one, but found it and it is completely empty.   Can't understand why you were locked out.
