Just got back from a week in the highlands - we had snow there + temps of minus 8 degrees C!!!!

Glyn, just incase you are even more confused by Delilah's comments, Damart make thermal underwear.  Nothing at all to do with the thermals that raptors use when soaring amongst the mountains!!   ;)

Lovely pictures.  I'm glad the snow is in Canada and not in southern England though the forecast is that we might see some here by the end of the week.  Snow is lovely to look at but not very pleasant to drive in it.  I expect most people have 4 wheel drives in your area.   :)
