Are we or are we not?
« on: September 12, 2005, 20:55:06 »
This time last year we were already getting on with posting pics and voting....are we going to do it again or not?

I will volunteer to help but not sure how much time I will have as it is my most busy time at work right now.

I won't be...I haven't taken photos of my veggies.  Am so busy, things are prepared and cooked, or preserved, or in the freezer, or given away, before I remember to take a snap!  :'(

Looks like we've missed the boat this year. :(  I'm in the same state as EJ with no photos and most of produce (with exception of PFAs and last few summer squashes) consumed, given away, or in jars or freezer by now.

I will try and post some things up tonight but I am in headless chicken mode at work so not sure what time I will be home.

It would be a shame not to do it as it was such a hit last year.

Emma, you have posted plenty of pics in the gallery so you should be able to take part I am sure. Still plenty to harvest yet as well!

The ball is now rolling (as is a bottle of fizzy water on the floor at the moment!) - would think anything from this year would be ok...

2005 well and truly rolling ;D.  A few questions:

- do we have a cut off date for entries?

- has anyone already agreed to set up all the polls?

- would it be a good idea to say only one entry per person for each category?  Otherwise setting up the polls and voting will be tricky.

- question for Dan the man: any chance the 2005 competition entries can be moved into their own section ie out of 2004?  With it already stretching to 3 pages it's going to be increasingly difficult for peeps to find the relevant sections.

Sorry if any/all of the above has already been addressed elsewhere and I've missed it.
