:P I would just like to say that I have a glut of courgette/marrows + tomatos and decided to make a homemade pasta sauce. I roughly chopped them + a large quartered onion and celery and shook them in a bag with chopped garlic, olive oil fresh herbs and salt and pepper. Then i roasted them in a baking dish covered with foil and finally roughly blended it all in my blender. My family agreed it was the most delicious pasta sauce they had ever eaten!!! :P :P :P :P
