Marmite, yum, choccy fudge, yum, but the god of all spreads has to be peanutty butty!  :P  :P  :P  Marmite and lettuce sangers are yumlish, and choccy spread on hot crumpets so it melts into the holes......oh great......11.40pm and I have the munchies!

nothing beats being covered head to foot in yeast extract and then having your other half licking it all off or scrape yor bidy wiv dried buttered toast,,,ooooer ;)
