Topic: Ozzie Smash'n'Grab Birthday cake for children?

Heard about this last night from a friend whose rels are arriving from Oz today including a 4yr old whose 5th birthday is nearing. He wants his 'Uncle Frank'  to make this cake with him for his birthday....

1. Make a deep chocolate sponge cake.
2. Cut off the top for a lid & scoop out the insides.
3.Fill the insides with (wrapped) little prezzies
4.Replace lid.
5. Cover lid and sides of cake with melted choc.
6. decorate cake.
7. tie festive bow round toffee hammer.
8....................do I really need to say?????
