Presumably this is the point someone like me just had to make a real attempt to stop lmao and ask about the cucumber reference.... ;D

Need to cheer ourselves up on this dismally wet day - got absolutely soaked (my skirt was) walking my son to school (5 mins walk at most).

I've not posted anything on A4A for a while, but I wanted to say that I've enjoyed looking at new blogs that I haven't seen before - I will have to have more of a look when I have more time.  Plus, I actually feel I've got something to contribute, for once!

I have a blog at http://allotment.humanlint.com.  It's a bit of a joint project between me and my partner as I enjoy growing stuff and he's a web site designer.  Having a blog means we actually spend some time together!

That said, I'm better at blogging than allotmenting...

Clare.

Erm, Dibs.......not sure where the link is.....but did a little sketch of Multiveg's hairy balls ( I'm sorry, don't know how else to phrase this..), the name of my site.....and the cucumber, and kinda drew my own conclusions......Not completely daft!!! Lottie  ;D

This is definitely the thread to cheer oneself up laughing after a manure day at work.

I need to redo my blog links page again it seems...  once again out of date as there's loads more of you!  I've had an allotment diary since May 2001 and am still more or less keeping on top of it and the plot itself. I've noticed I get a lot of hits on Mondays when I try to remember to update it!  Lottie - I have never gone near blogging software as it didn't exist when I started. Doesn't matter - having a normal website with a blog works as well even if it does end up looking a lot simpler. And I get to do all sorts of other link pages too.

Moonbells ,that's excellent!!! Problem with mine is that it has 8/9 pages...what to do after then??? Stop lottying? Not an option, so I really need to find another way. But after my first brush with bloggin', kind of on the concerned side at min! But excellent blogg and lovely pics, well done you!! Lottie  ;D

Lottie, I'm a complete beginner at blogging etc, but 'blogger' (just google for it' seems pretty idiot proof. It's taken me a month to post pictures, but that's me being crap rather than the site!
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

Darn, well that's me out of the game then, being fluent in Finnish and all.... ;)!! It may be thickie proof, Bupster, but not Lottie proof!! That's a whole new ball game!! But will try again, though probably keep any "minor" probs to myself.... ;) Lottie  ;D

Feel free to take a look at our "Blog". Sorry but its not all allotment talk mainly day to day ramblings, moans and groans and a few funny bits.
