Calling Doris Pinks for her cucumber recipes!
« on: July 25, 2005, 22:57:45 »
Doris, I found a posting of yours from about a year ago listing some of the recipes you had for cucumbers. On that thread you gave details of two of them: cucumber jam and cucumber & red pepper relish. They looked so easy to follow and I'll be trying them out this summer - hopefully!
But what I'm after are your recipes for pickled cucumber with dill and sweet pickled cucumbers, if you can spare them. I'm starting to harvest my pickling cues now and would love to make my own pickles for the first time.
