Well shopping went well and found great solace in the freezer section after a good walk up the custard aisle  yummy

Tell ya'awl  this acu is brill, havent had one single craving for a ciggie.. and so balanced..

gona look at me mayonaise jar now, couldn't resist after seeing above the frozen brocoli.. one track mind me :)

Aint been in a pub for..................................................... cannot remember the last time.
No point when the hangover starts as soon as the alcohol hits the bloodstream.
No hangover with acu!.
You just wait until your nose starts working again. My sense of smell came back after about 3 months or so. The pleasures of modern detergents await you.

Dead heavy day 2day but still no craving cuz a non smoker dont crave ciggies.. see frame of mind see non smokers crave normal stuff like shopping all day long and now yu can shop 24 hours a day... if u had it in yer.. yer have to be dead hard though like... no cracking up and jackng it all in before you get round to the bakery,,

yeah stil a non smoker.. funny how not many non smokers come out and say Hi my name is . and I dont smoke.... couldcacth on and we could have non smokers anon.... where we could tell each other about how not smoking ruined our lives and we could have a book called.. the 11 slightly upppy bump.... well Id join
