More help needed!!

Now that I have had some very helpful info about posting photos - I notice that some of you have amusing little animated icons.  Can someone tell me how these are obtained?  Do you get them from an Animated Gif site? :-/

Tried your site Mystic - found quite a nice one - had quite a job linking to my profile, but perseverance paid off ;D

Ozzy, if you have the link just copy and paste it in your reply, then try Preview and if it works - post.  I have had lots of help posting pics and finally got there so don't give up ::)
