see http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/yabbse/index.php/topic,2931.0.html

I've used much less sugar than this - 1kg to 6pints of water with 40 flower heads and it seems strong/sweet enough

I've used more citric acid (225 gms) as I was told this acted as a presertvative - there no need to keep in the fridge - basic recipe is at http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/elderflowercordial_6465.shtml

HI

There is a recipe in the July edition (out at the moment) of Gardens Monthly Magazine. Will dig it out for you if you haven't got the mag?
