am now so Jealous... have river about 1/2 mile away full of shopping trolleys and fridges etc... but hey a sort drive and I am in the sticks... st faagans
5 mins in car.... anyone who ever comes to cardiff really should visit the museum of welsh life cracking it is... and so big... also visit castle coch for sunsets that are.... just brill.. I get bus for castle coch cuz I love to sit there wiv a bottle of wine sum cheese and a french stick.....

still jealous of bb's back garden :):):):)

Gave in to urge last night, had 1, felt sick, went to bed. Sleeping is a safe time away from horrible urges...shame I can't sleep all the time.

I had a sneaky snickers 2day big mofo one... couldnt help it cracked... and I want butter mahn so much I iz doing oast wiv... margerine/low fat spread... I want butter... thats what I want.. strangley though, I losing weight have lost about half a stone in 4 weeks... and feel so much fitter
and you know that crisp cold air? feels so mucher better and
the lungs thank you for it...
