Thanks all and a big thanks to everyone that has contributed ideas etc.
I've already brokered the expansion subject with the Mrs and unfortunately
"she's"
agreed that the next project on/in the house/garden is the pattern imprinted drive which will be arriving at the back end of the summer. Apparently after this will be the extension she's also got planned for above the garage which subject to interest rates/family expansion will probably be next year :-\
It's a bit of a shame really as the next part of the garden I'd earmarked to be changed from land to water, I think would make a great koi pool!
