It's an old Acacia tree osprey.

Bambi, I love your garden!   ;D   Those trees - well, what an imposing backdrop for just about any sort of planting.    They are gorgeous.  My garden is lacking in any mature plants, apart from the rose bushes, which were already here.  You really are very lucky to have such beautiful, mature trees.  They add a great deal of character to the space.
