Topic: Free Boiler.

I probably need to replace my heating boiler soon.  It is 12-13 years old.
In the mail on Sunday there is an article about Energetix giving free boilers soon if you sign up to have gas and electricity from them for 5 years.  The price of which would be cheaper than the big 6 suppliers.
Any comments please about this offer.   The information is on line, so is just from the Mail.

It looks good on paper, also you own the boiler after 5 years, I would look into the maintenance contract that you will most probably have to take out and see if they do an annual subscription type of plan.

If you can afford to buy it outright you will reap more benefits, but like most of us it is a big layout, so quite a few sums to do to. I will be looking at this after it has run a while as mine will need changing in a few years.

Thanks for reply.   I am fortunate to be able to pay when needs comes to must.  Good thinking about the maintence contract.  Yes I will be watching it too.  Just hope my  boiler does not stop working too soon.
