I've got about 60 spare if anyone fancies growing these little ones on,  will split if several people are interested. They take a couple of years to reach full size bulbs.

Hi Jayb,

If you get any more I'd be happy to swap some for some tree-onion bulbils.... BTW, how did the Black Krim toms work out for you?... mine have been very early, all the wierd beefsteak growth habits and taste pretty good ....THe Oca seems to be coming on well now I've stopped the rabbits munching it  Roll Eyes

My Catawissa that did the tree onion thing this year (others jsut grew from small bulbils into big shallot looking things and they're still going strong. They normally take two years to start doing the tree-onion thing so I was mildly surprised that this one did it.... it might be a first-deck bulbil thing.... they're bigger than the ones on the second and third decks though smaller than the main bulb at the base....
