Here's another recipe I have found and made it yesterday it's lovely! I poured it over ice cream.

Looks lovely.   We have masses this year and I still have chutney from last year and a load of rhubarb and vanilla jam.   There are limits to how much can be frozen, crumbled, caked and cobblered.
