Grilled Sole with Black Butter

The King of Flat fish tastes lovely if simply Grilled with some Black Butter
Parsley and salt and pepper.

go catch yourself a Sole,....okok.....or the wet fish man  !!!!!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS



1 Fresh Sole (this was 1lb Plus)
Big thingy of Butter
Fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper
Olive Oil for Grilling
steamed veggies.
Fresh Lemons

Simple video for skinning your Sole



Once skinned oil and season your Whole Sole and heat the grill to maximum............

Grill your Sole for about 4 to 5 minutes turning once or till cooked through.

with 2 mins to go,flash fry your Butter till golden throw in the parsley
and stir through.



Plate up your Sole with some steamed veggies and at the last minute
while your butter is still frazzled in the hot pan pour over the fish
and season to taste,with a fresh squeeze of Lemon.

just love the way the bones are so neat on dovers never get in the way and the backbone comes off easily
