A tasty cut of Pork that works well slowed cooked and shredded (1) Tenderloin serves two people on average.

Remove all the silvery sinew skin on the outside.....heat some oil in a hot pan and brown all over for about 10 mins.
Once cooked place the browned Pork Tenderloin piece in a slow cooker.

In a bowl add..........

Teriyaki sauce  4 Fl oz
Chicken Broth 1 Tin
Brown Sugar soft 2 oz (or sugar equivalent)
Garlic Cloves 4 minced
Red chillies 2 to 3 chopped fine (heat of chillies is your call)
Spanish Onion 1/2 Chopped
Season well with salt and pepper to taste.

Place contents of bowl into slow cooker and mix well.

Put slow cooker on high heat for 4 hours .......carefully turn pork piece in cooker at least once to encourage even cooking.

Remove Pork loin and place on cutting board to rest for 10 minutes.......then cut and shread pork.

Serve with Asian sides of your choosing,we had Coriander Rice,Ribbon stir fried Noodles and Bok Choy Cabbage,,,pour generous
amount of Teriyaki sauce over meal and tuck on in.

Enjoy
