Vegetableseeds.net sale
« on: October 17, 2014, 10:44:13 »
Sorry to do this to you all, but vegetableseeds.net is advertising a 75% off seeds until 17th November.  They are changing their packaging, so getting cleared of old stock - although they do say in the email I got :

'In the mean time we have over 10,000 packets of perfectly good seeds which we need to sell before November 18th. These seed were supplied to us in autumn 2013 and have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years, so will be fine for the 2015 planting season. We'll go as far as guaranteeing germination on all these seeds, so that if you get any crop failures just get onto us by email and we will wing you out a replacement free of charge. '

They tend to be Eastern European sourced, so far as I can tell from the actual packets, so often have varieties not stocked by the usual suspects, although online such as Ebay they can be bought.

I know, I do not really need any more seeds... but ... I still had a voucher to use up...

I got the same email as vjm63, there doesn't seem to be anything on their homepage but discount has been applied to veg, flower and herb seeds http://www.vegetableseeds.net/category_s/91.htm

I really didn't need any seeds but still managed to come away with 20 packs for £6.77 inc postage!
They look to be selling fast.

We didn't need any either, but my goodness, that was irresistible!

Yes - sorry Caroline I forgot to link to it and/or mention it is on much of their stock without a voucher code or anything - I think I was still in a bit of surprise at buying so much myself!   There is a discounted seeds bit but actually it seems to be for everything.  They have run out of sweetcorn and peas when I browsed, which was a shame, but I got quite a lot of other things.

Can you have too many types of tomato to try, by the way?   :angel11:

Hi all

I was going to post the above  offer that is on at vegetableseeds.net but I am glad to see that someone already has but I would like to add that anyone wanting to save a little more on top of the 75% offer can do so by putting NOV10  in the voucher code box in the cart and you get another 10& off.

P&P is free if you spend £15 or more  ( easily done :happy7:)  as was mentioned in a previous post on here corn peas and beans are gone but loads of other stuff on there averaging 24p  a pack with the discounts so go on and have fun

I also noticed that if you like them on facebook you get an extra 10% off, but given the fact that they are at 75% off with free postage above £15.00 I thought it a little cheeky! :) And thats coming from a Yorkshireman! (Although I have managed to get 62 packs of seeds for £15.19)

They also email you an allotment code which gives a 10% reduction - with no expiry date.

I like them a lot! :D All my herb needs now met for next year, including what might come my way from seed circles.
