Old El Paso "Ray Wing Goujon" Fajitas

Simple easy eating is right up my street,and this box contains nearly everything but the fish !!!!!!!!!!



So,now weve got our box of goodies,what fish to use,well,for me the Ray wing flesh is nice and meaty and makes  perfect Goujons...just add a few salad bits of your choosing.



Take your Skate Wing and with a sharp knife cut away the flesh from the bony cartilage and cut into strips/Goujons.



Spray the Goujons with Olive Oil and place into the "shaker bag" provided in the Old El Paso Box,add the seasoning mixture from the box and pour into the bag,seal well and give it a good Ol shake.....



.....your Goujons should end up something like this.

180 degrees (fan oven) for 12 to 15 mins should see the Ray Wing Goujons lovely and crisp on the outside and soft cooked fish on the inside.



Warm your Tortilla and once you've assembled your salad bits,top with as many Goujons as you can stuff in the wrap  !!!!!!!!



Serve with the pack of Spicy dipping sauce from the box and a cooling Sour
cream dip.......sorted  !!!!!!!!!!



Now just ....Munch on in  !!!!!!!!!!
