Japanese anemones
« on: August 22, 2014, 17:05:47 »
My japanese anemones are looking lovely at the moment- at least, the flowers are, but the leaves are a mess! brown edges, brown speckles, holes- what causes this and is there anything I can do to stop it? Will it do the plant any harm if I cut some of the leaves off?

I regularly trim mine back a lot because they half cover the path and they always come back even bigger.  You can cut as much as you like, caroline
