Last year I grew gladiator f1 sweet corn it was sooo sweet , this year for some reason I forgot to buy my seed, and I ended up buying some no name type from the garden center, we all waited with bated breath last night at dinner, the family were round and we all love the sweet corn ,we buttered it and got stuck in to it ,I looked up to see if everyone was enjoying it! they all had stopped eating and said it was awful!I had to agree it was crap! the chickens got it ,but a lesson learnt get your seeds early ,well there's alwas next year I'm gutted!!!
