Welcome.
The basics are the seed parcel sets out from here and travels around everyone in turn. Choose what seeds you would like from the selection. Some varieties are bagged in individual portions, but many aren't and you will need to have a number of small envelopes or little zippy plastic bags to place seeds in. If you are choosing quite a few varieties it can be quite time consuming bagging and labelling your packets. Add your seeds in and send the parcel on it's way, something I forgot to price for (£3.90) is make sure you send it signed for so we know it is sent and delivered. Sadly several parcels went missing in the past and this should help keep them from getting lost.

I'm starting the parcel predominantly with vegetables, a few fruit and even less flowers. There's a mix of bought and saved seeds, many are heritage and open pollinated varieties.

I'm aiming to keep the weight at under 2kg, which would be £3.90 for Royal mail 2nd Class signed for (until Jan 2015). If it goes over 2kg it gets silly expensive with Royal Mail. Perhaps one of the other delivery services might work out cheaper?

What a shame. Can we not tempt you, it doesn't need to be whole packets of seeds and home saved are welcome.

Amazing how the seed packets mount up. Unfortunately I may need to take out some of the Sweet corn, peas and beans to keep the weight down. I've some from the seed circles and rather than add them in as many have already have them, I can list them here and if anyone wants them I'll add them in?

2Kg of seeds is quite a good size packet.  Not sure you will find something cheaper.

It would be good to get to double figures, I'm pretty sure Ruud wants in too. Is anyone up to posting overseas? I could add in some funds or perhaps post straight to him?
I'm aiming to post the parcel at the beginning of next week, although I'm still juggling what I can fit in.
