I don't think it is a dunnock - the ones in my garden look much sleeker.  My guess would be a female robin - my books rarely show the female of the species and the colouring is often quite different from the male.  It looks very robinish to me (but then I'm new to this bird watching thing).

and look at the middle photo second row you will see it is definitely a Dunnock
