Marmalade Season

Marmalade "brewing" in full swing whenever time permits.
So far I've done Fine Cut Seville, and Chunky Whiskey. Ginger to be done next.

Yes, indeed - what great choices, Pescador.
The Seville oranges are in Leeds market now, but I've still got plenty in the freezer from last year, even after a last minute batch for Christmas presents!

What price are they asking for Sevilles? I paid £1.50 for 2lb.

Last year it was £1.20 for 2lbs, but given that everything has gone up I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same as what you paid.  I'll double check when I go into town tomorrow.

If anyone is passing by Leeds outdoor market today, the price was £1 for 2lb of Seville oranges. Just the one stall sells them, at the far end directly behind the coach station.
