I gave up trying after 2 months and culled the flock. I was not feeding them for nothing so got new ones.

Keep sitting on the side of nest box and catch when they drop from other end.. Roll Eyes

or if you can..do more frequent visits to collect, and/or keep some golfballs/fake eggs in nest box all the time.
