Your hop arch looks stunning and it seems to have send some old guy to sleep already Grin  Grin  Do you make beer?

Do any hops work on the sleep front?   It grows wild in several place round here so will be easy to source.  I can get ot sleep any tme anywhere but cannot stay asleep for long and am very tired of 4am.
