I regularly trim off the green bits of potatoes and cook the rest. I/husband are still alive and well so either it's fine, or we are immune to green potato poisoning. I suspect the former!

Yes, thanks, a short print run now sold out, and turning up on the internet (Amazon and the like) at incredibly inflated prices. I have kept a small pile of them myself to sell on at the original price (£35) to anyone who has a reason for needing a copy for medical information or research.
