Looks better when the Rice is cooked!

Recipe like almost any savoury rice - but this was Delia's.

Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Had mine tonight and thanks Tim it did need a little more water. Very tasty indeed, but just wished I hadn't improvised with the chilli, well chillies  Shocked

I finally got round to trying this tonight after a very busy week. It's really delicious and will become part of our regular menu. Thank you Tim for pointing me in the direction of the recipe.
