minestrone soup(also frozen), our onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic, celery..amazing, when you think about it, still eating last year's tomatoes  Grin

Carrots, potatoes, parsnips as mixed mash ( we bought some celeriac as we are out) leeks and sprouts (red and green) ...  Smiley

Sprouts, carrots, parsnips.  Found some potatoes which I had missed amazed they were unaffected by frost damage.  Taste delicious.

Green soup - a bit of everything green available + some potatoes. Cabbage, leeks, mint, peas. Can't remember what else but it certainly cleared a shelf in the fridge!

The last of the butternuts and a small Festival squash. The festivals have improved flavourwise for storage but have developed a really stiff skin.... real effort to break into that one, they weren't that hard  back in November :-)
