 Has anyone heard of or know about a plant(succulant) called
      secenlo seapene balsano-de-canudo
   As we got the plant in madeira it might be a local name,we were told that the juice from it is used to help treat sore eyes,

Senecio serpens also known as Kleinia Repens?  Common (English) name Blue Chalkstick?

Thanks ceres you seem to have hit it spot on,we got it at the start of may and have it on the kitchen window sill, its more than doubled in size and sprouted two long flower stems. Once again thanks.
