boot sale bonanza

went to my local boot sale at the weekend got a hydrometer and jar a boots wine filter kit and demi for two squid!!!!
Question is will any filter fit as boots dont do home brew supplies any more???
If it ain't broke don't fix it !!

They use Harris filter pads which are still easily available, most homebrew sites still list them as boots filter pads & homebrew shops will either already have them or be able to order them for you.

No I am not familiar with that forum but it is a very well known filter & loads of people still use them.

If you get ever so stuck with filters then you can use those cone things they use for coffee. Re-cut and layered to fit.
