I haven't made it -but I might try it as my beetroot are getting monstrous.

Here's a couple I found with google ("beetroot wine" recipe)

Eat it raw, grated in salads! Or there is beetroot cake! Just cooked and eaten hot,(with or  without a sauce)  roasted with balsamic, or there are a few nice curry recipes...............I am just jealous cos mine are still tiny Cry When I made betroot wine, I thought it had an "earthy" taste to it, wasn't one of my favorites, but if I ever get an excess, might give it another go! DP

 Shocked Shocked :obest eat it in your Salads Doris .Not good for you isn't Wine:-makes you drunk it does .The more you make the more you have to drink..........well cant let it go to waste can you?HuhHuhHuhHuh
