Apple Wine

thanks to the generosity of many people I have a few bags of cookers.  I made 2 gallons of apple wine today, and am wondering what is is going to taste like, never having made it before. Dry, sweet, acid?? I was thinking if it is one of the greats, then I should perhaps make 2 more gallons, instead of storing them for cooking. Anyone out there made it before?    Thankyou!  Dotty P.

Hi Dorris
With any wine it depends on the amount of sugar you add and how sweet/ sugar content of the fruit used on average apple wine is either medium or dry and if its to acid this can be corrected as can the sweetness.
