But also a bit more.

Meant to say - the last time we dicussed this - with Delias' Sweet Cu Pickle, there's always juice left over.

Did 6 cus this time & there was 1 1/2 pt over. So did another 3 (photo) in that juice. And there is 1/2pt over!!

Like the half-life of nuclear material??

PS Yes - pepper added for colour.

Hmm I didn't get juice left over. Struggled to get enough after the 15 minute boiling!

I thought at the time that since I was doing 2/3 amount I should have boiled for 2/3 time though  ::)

I can only imagine mine's going to taste extremely... concentrated!

I've got to be doing something wrong.. But it goes a looong way!!

Later - like forgetting the long boil? Better eat that lot first!!
